We recently spent an intensive, high-energy day at University of Texas at Arlington (UTA), diving deep into the evolving world of Holistic Corporate Engagement.
In the fast-paced landscape of higher education and industry collaboration, a "business as usual" approach no longer cuts it. This accelerated training was designed to sharpen their tools and ensure they are building partnerships that offer value far beyond a simple transaction. Building on a foundation of our continued work together.
Key Takeaways from the Training
Our sessions focused on moving away from siloed interactions and toward a unified, 360-degree partnership model. Here’s a look at what we covered:
Breaking the Silos: Integrating recruitment, research, philanthropic giving, and executive education into a single, cohesive narrative.
The "Win-Win-Win" Framework: Ensuring every partnership benefits the industry partner, the university’s mission, and—most importantly—the students.
Data-Driven Relationship Management: Utilizing the UNITE tools and metrics to quantify the impact of our corporate engagements.
Agile Response: Strategies for staying nimble so we can pivot alongside our partners as market demands shift.
