Relationship management is a practice that is often high touch and customized to each partnership. As we work with universities we find that many are talking about growth but not about scalable university corporate engagement. What is the difference? When we talk in terms of growth there is typically a need for more resources. As we look at teams and budgets post 2020 one thing many universities can agree on is adding resources or people may still be a year off. Instead we look to shift their focus to scale.
