Our seminars and workshops are designed to support university-industry partnerships. These interactive seminars and workshops include, but are not limited to the following:

Increasing Industry Sponsored Research. With the reduction in federal research grants, diversification of research portfolios by increasing industry sponsored research is becoming more important. Our Seminar/workshop is designed for faculty, deans, and anyone else in the university ecosystem working with companies to catalyze industry sponsored research. We deliver an easy to implement process and toolkit to drive more industry sponsored research and revenue.

Leadership Alignment. This seminar/workshop is for deans and key stakeholders within colleges designed to help leaders understand the “why” behind university-industry partnerships, and “how,” to build successful, multi-dimensional relationships with the business community.

Building Industry Partnerships at the College Level. This seminar/workshop is for college-level teams creating alignment around the “how,” of corporate engagement. We deliver a proven process and data-driven plan to drive deeper and more fruitful relationships with industry.
